We "OTTER" Use Less

Today's design in vintage 70's color combinations is called "OTTER". Personally, I am not crazy about the name of the movement which is called "Zero Waste" I don't like the word ZERO because it sounds like it sets me up for failure before I begin. I much prefer the idea of LESS as less is attainable now and in every choice we make thereafter. I think Less is EMPOWERING and ZERO is DEFEATING.

Anyhow, the principles remain the same. How can we make choices to reduce, reuse, and refill? How can we look at what we buy and make better choices? This is an individual process and it is one that starts as a seed of an idea and then can grow into changes that become part of the way you live. My designs are intended to light a spark in a fun way. They are meant to get you thinking of your own purchasing patterns and implement the ones that work for you. 

Maybe you buy food in less plastic wrap or packaging, cook more at home, pack a lunch more often, carry your water bottle. I find in my own personal journey that after a while it becomes a fun sort of challenge. 

Otters seem to know how to have fun. I love to watch them twist and turn in an endless stream of movement and play. I hope you like the new Otter design and theta this cute pair inspires you because after all, WE OTTER USE LESS!
