Starting on the Less Single-Use Plastic Project

It's January 2022, and I have an idea that feels like it has a lot of momentum behind it. I have been trying over the past few years to reduce the amount of plastic I use. I know I have a lot of room for growth, and I also know I have made some progress. I want to do more, and I want to use my gift of art and design to help move the needle on this message. I guess we all need to pick the things that move us, and this one's been on my mind. My goal for 2022 is to do something about it. 

I have been diligently working in my home studio crafting the designs for this site, and it seems the more I think of ideas, the more they come.

Going forward on the news posts I may share some tips for ways we might minimize the use of plastic in our daily lives. I realize we each have our own set of limitations, but I hope that sharing what works for me, might work for you. I've been helped by others and, with this project, want to pay it forward.
