About "MASSACHUSETTS" Design #86: Another design for the State Series. In case you are unfamiliar, these designs are minimalistic in which I try to represent the state in just two lines and a circle. Massachusetts is also known as the bay state and so my lines represent this overlapping of land and ocean in a way that creates a semi-enclosed area. The colors I choose are soft sprig-light green for the and a medium tone blue for the water.
Massachusetts does not have a statewide ban on plastic bags and yet 148 towns have passed laws regulating them!
