These designs are for sale on organic and sustainable products to help spread awareness of our growing plastic pollution problem by reminding us that we can choose less single-use plastic.
About "OREGON" Less Single-Use Plastic Design #97: I gave myself a design challenge: How could I express the landscape or essence of a place visually with just two lines and a circle for a sun or moon? For Oregon, the deep chocolate line is the Cascade Mountains and the pale blue is a wave of the Pacific Ocean. The green backdrop creates the illusion of foliage of the trees that are interspersed among the landscape and where the water meets the land to define the coastline.
Oregon joins the movement of Less Single-Use Plastic. In 2019 Oregon Legislature passed the "Sustainable Shopping Initiative," which bans the sale of single-use plastic grocery bags.
This soft and comfortable organic and recycled material hoodie will soon become a favorite wardrobe item for all seasons. It has a double-layered hood, set-in sleeves, and a generous front pouch pocket.
