About "FOMO" Design #70: This design is in honor of Earth Day. I know of a familiar expression FOMO which means "fear of missing out" this describes the feeling of watching someone on social media and feeling envious that you are not having the same grand experience rather than focusing on your own experiences. For this design, I decided to change that expression to "FOME" which I am calling the "fear of missing earth". When we stop and think about what our life would be like without the beautiful natural places and the waters, mountains, rivers, trees, and when we see the pictures of how plastic is ruining our environment, my hope is that this fear may turn into action. For Earth Day and beyond, let's help the planet by spreading the message of less single-use plastic.
