About "CONNECT THE DOTS" Design # 106: This design in black and white polka dots gives us something to ponder. It speaks of "connecting the dots" to become more aware of how we live and how we care for the earth. Sometimes it is not easy to connect the dots and to realize the consequences of our small daily habits and how these little things add up to become the big things. Every piece of plastic that was ever created still exists today. Only about 9% of plastics are recycled. Small actions repeated by many people have a great impact. Choose less plastic.
PLA could stand for "personalized lunch accessory," but it's got an even better meaning. It's a bioplastic made from the polylactic acid of plant starches, aka an environmentally-friendly alternative to plastic.
