Colorado Bans some Single-Use Plastics!/Colorado Design #35

I am glad to learn that Colorado has passed legislation that will ban some single-use plastics. These new laws take place in September of 2022. They will no longer allow plastic bags and they are also eliminating styrofoam from takeout at restaurants. What great news! Get your "COLORADO" tote bag to be prepared ahead.

Here are a few links to news articles so you can learn more about the progress.

Today's design is "Colorado" is Design #35. It is part of The States series where I am giving myself a design challenge to capture the essence of a place in just two lines. I have so far put in 233 hours for this project. I have released one design a day since Feb 1, 2022.

You can support this environmental art project by purchasing an organic T-shirt, sticker, biodegradable phone case, or organic hoodie or tote bag with the COLORADO design and spreading the word to family and friends to use less single-use plastic. Click here to shop.
